We would like to thank all the writers who sent us their entries. We were pleasantly surprised by the number and quality of the stories we received for our first contest.

It takes courage to enter your writing in a competition and we think all the kids who entered are winners for having the ambition to do so. The team of educators that judged the contest enjoyed reading all of your stories. We saw a lot of talent from many young story tellers and we encourage all of you to continue writing!
